Mandatory Training
This training covers the essential knowledge and skills that every health and social care worker needs to perform their role safely and effectively. It includes topics such as health and safety, fire safety, manual handling, equality and diversity, and more. Mandatory training is required by law and must be updated regularly.

This training helps health and social care workers to enhance their knowledge and skills, and to keep up with the latest developments and best practices in their field. It includes topics such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and more. Continuous professional development is recommended by professional bodies and regulators, and can improve career prospects and outcomes.

Clinical Skills Training
This training provides health and social care workers with the practical skills and competencies that they need to deliver high-quality care to their clients. It includes topics such as wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and more. Clinical skills training is based on the national standards and guidelines, and is assessed by qualified trainers.

Care Certificate
This training is a nationally recognised qualification that demonstrates that a health and social care worker has completed the induction and training required to work in the sector. It covers 15 standards that reflect the values and behaviours expected of a care worker. Care certificate training is suitable for new entrants or existing staff who want to refresh their skills.
